Shipping Policy
The following are estimations for business days once the shipping service has possession of the order. There may be extenuating circumstances or delays (including due to weather) that are
outside of our control that may delay your shipment. These are not a guarantee of arrival date.
We do our best to get each order out the same business day (if ordered before 12pm CST). All other orders will be shipped out the following business day.
USPS First Class Mail 1-5 business days.
USPS Priority Mail 1-4 business days.
USPS Express Priority 1-2 business days.
International USPS 1-4 weeks (currently do not ship International)
UPS Ground 1-5 business days.
Return & Exchange Policy
Within thirty (10) days of receipt of your shipment, you may return any of the following items, if the product is offered by DonFatherGames.com and is not as described on the site, for a full refund:
Unless we made a mistake on your order, you are responsible for return shipping, and the cost of the original shipping to you. If we did make a mistake, we will reimburse you for the shipping, or issue you a call tag so the merchandise can be retrieved, at our discretion.
